We need a Field/Event Marketing Coordinator who can turn a 10x10 booth at a regional conference into a lead-generating machine. You are the ultimate project manager handling every detail of our physical presencefrom national expos to local HOA meetups. Your goal is to make sure that whenever property managers gather our brand is the one they remember.

Tasks

• Event Logistics: Manage all aspects of trade shows including booth design shipping travel and on-site setup/teardown.
• Regional Meetups: Research and book smaller regional speaking opportunities and networking events for our leadership team.
• Lead Capture & Follow-up: Design the systems for capturing leads on-site and ensuring they are synced into our CRM for immediate follow-up.
• Swag & Collateral: Own the creation and inventory of high-quality memorable gorilla marketing materials and promotional items.

Requirements

• Organization: 2-4 years of startup event management experience; you are someone who never misses a deadline or a detail.
• High Energy: You thrive in social environments and are comfortable working the room to pull people into our ecosystem.
• Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel to support on-site event execution.
