Tasks

• Outbound Infrastructure: Own the technical setup of our email domains and LinkedIn automation to ensure high deliverability.
• Lead Scraping & Enrichment: Use tools to build highly targeted lists of property managers based on specific triggers.
• Copywriting: Write punchy conversion-focused cold emails and LinkedIn messages that sound like they were written by a peer not a robot.
• A/B Testing: Constantly test subject lines CTAs and sender profiles to squeeze every drop of performance out of our sequences.

Requirements

• The Tech Stack: Deep experience with cold email tools (Instantly Lemlist Apollo) and LinkedIn outreach platforms.
• Technical Savvy: You understand SPF/DKIM/DMARC records and how to keep a domain out of the spam folder.
• Persistence: You enjoy the game of outbound and are constantly looking for new ways to bypass gatekeepers.
