Job Summary
The purpose of an Order Fulfillment Associate is simple but critical: to ensure that customer orders are processed prepared and delivered accurately and on time. They act as the link between the order system and the physical movement of goods.
Responsibilities and Duties
Order fulfillment and order processing
Strong collaboration skills with team members
Strong and accurate data entry skills
An understanding of purchase order flow
Efficiently getting orders entered the system accurately
Keep the warehouse area clean and always maintained
Qualifications and Skills
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- High attention to detail
- Able to multitask several projects at once
- Knowledge of scanners barcodes tracking numbers order numbers
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel especially)
- Familiar with Google Clouds System and Google Suit
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Spanish Language Required (Speak and Read)
- Language: Spanish (Preferred)
Job Type
- Day Shift (Mon-Fri) 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (30 Mins Break)
- 8-hour shift
- Overtime
- Weekends when needed
