Since 2018 weve built a tech-driven logistics platform powering 600 brands from fast-growing DTC players to global names like MUJI Aigle and Cabaïa. With 130 employees across Paris Madrid and London our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas and a network of 10 warehouses across Europe were solving logistics challenges that others havent dared to tackle making fulfillment faster smarter and greener.

Backed by $20M in funding and trusted by the next generation of e-commerce leaders were scaling rapidly from 10 million orders in 2024 toward ambitious enterprise expansion. The journey ahead is bold and were looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.

Tasks

Were seeking an entrepreneurial Account Executive to help launch Bigblue in the German market. Youll shape our approach from the ground up handling qualification calls prospecting product demos and closing deals.

Market Development

  • Develop and implement German market strategy
  • Identify key segments and market insights
  • Collaborate on localized approaches with internal teams
  • Provide German market feedback to improve products and sales

Lead Generation and Qualification

  • Source and qualify leads for pipeline development
  • Conduct qualification calls to assess fit
  • Maintain pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Use data to prioritize prospects
  • Mentor and support existing SDRs

Sales Process Execution

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Deliver value-focused product demos
  • Create proposals and manage negotiations
  • Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding handovers

Relationship Building

  • Build relationships with key German e-commerce brands
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospects and clients
  • Represent Bigblue at German industry events
  • Promote Bigblues success stories as brand evangelist

Requirements

Requirements

At least 3 years experience selling complex product (SaaS e-commerce or logistics preferred)

  • Native/near-native German with professional English
  • Strong understanding of German e-commerce landscape and business culture.
  • Excellent presentation communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Data-driven approach to sales with strong analytical skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a startup environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
