About the role
We are seeking a talented Website and CRO Specialist to join our Growth Marketing this role you will report to the Head of Grow Marketing based in the US and be responsible for Sievos website with the goal helping to modernizing for the AI-era driving engaged traffic and converting visitors into quality leads for the sales pipeline. You will be a shared owner of the site eager to both help build the strategy and roll up your sleeves.
Main responsibilities in this role
- Website Strategy and Execution: Drive website strategy in connection to broader Marketing and GTM strategies. Build a plan founded in data and a subsequent thoughtful roadmap. You will optimize existing pages build new landing pages and write/edit copy as needed to increase engagement and conversions.
- User Journey Optimization: Analyze available site metrics and user flow data to identify trends friction points and implement solutions that enhance the visitor journey.
- Technical SEO & GEO Implementation: Own the technical foundation that supports organic search and AI discoverability including site architecture schema markup crawl optimization and structured data for AI/LLM partnership with our Content team ensure is technically optimized for both traditional search engines and generative AI citation.
- Programmatic SEO & Scalable Content Architecture:Partner with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to build and scale template-driven pages (case-study category pillar and comparison pages) that execute on the organic and AI content strategy. Own the page templates and segment-specific personalization that translate content into high-performing conversion-optimized web experiences.
- Test and Learn: Create a program of ongoing A/B and multivariate testing as a strategy to continually optimize traffic conversion rates performance and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key web metrics (traffic engagement rates conversion paths time-on-site) and provide regular reporting to the Growth and Marketing leadership teams.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with wider Marketing team and other cross-functional teams for web content creation including Sales Customer Success Product InfoSec and Legal.
- External Resource Management: When required you will collaborate with the Head of Growth Marketing to help manage freelancers and agencies from a technical perspective.
Key qualification and skills
- Experience: Previous experience working with hands on conversion rate optimization and website management.
- Proficiency: Experience in producing well-functioning and well-converting webpages and landing pages.
- Analytical Mindset: You dont just report numbers; you find the insights from the data and translate them into actionable web experiments.
- Domain Expertise: Our domain is on Hubspot so a working knowledge of the ins and outs of the platform is key including how to utilize Breeze AI for build and optimization.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working across departmentsSales Content and Growthto move toward a common goal.
- Self-Directed: Self-starter attitude and capability to work independently.
- Prioritization Compass: Strong project management and prioritization skills to navigate competing priorities.
What we consider as an advantage in this role:
- Knowledge of SEO and related tools (e.g. Semrush SE Ranking Ahrefs etc.)
- Experience with UX/Design to help translate conversion insights into clean user-friendly layouts.
- Experience in B2B SaaS GTM motions with high sales touch.
- Understanding of Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Utilizing tools like Figma or Miro to create and iterate page prototypes.
- Experience managing freelancers and/or agencies ideal.

This is a full-time rle and the salary for this position ranges from 6500 to 10.000 RON/net per month. This is a hybrid role and candidate is expected to be based in Bucharest.
