The Operations Group within the Federal Reserve Financial Services(FRFS) Enterprise delivers payment services to our customers. Operating around the clock and around the calendar across the full customer lifecycle we onboard customers deliver Check FedACH Fedwire Funds FedwireSecurities the National Settlement Service our FedLine customer access solutionsandFedNowSMservices. We also support customer testing and spearhead resolution of any issues that we or our customers short we deliver the services that our customers rely on when they choose Federal Reserve Financial Services.
Your role asanAnalyst
Build a strong understanding of Operations Group functions and serve as atrusted partner across teams supporting a wide range of analytical process and project needs
Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects partnering closely with teams to drive progress manage dependencies and keep work on track
Support key Operations Strategy areas including strategic planning and reporting financial planning and analysis internal communications identity and access management records management and operations compliance
Serve as a thought leader for solving complex business problems with innovative solutions and approaches that maximize business value and desired outcomes
Manage recurring business processes (e.g. quarterly reviewsstrategic reportingcustomer compliance) while continually improving their effectiveness
Provideexpertiseto the team andsupport less experienced staff through coaching delegation and work review
Lead orsupportad hoc deliverables
Requirements
Typically requires Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination ofdirectly relatededucation and/or experience
Typically requires at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
Demonstratedability to take initiativeanticipateneeds and manage responsibilities and keep projects and processes moving forward with limited oversightExhibits agility and resilience in navigating evolving needs organizational shifts and shifting priorities

Federal Reserve Financial Services (FRFS) and/or financial services/payments experiencedesired
Locations:
The selected candidate willresidewithin a reasonable commuting distancedefined by theemploying Reserve Bank and will work full-time onsite.
The following Reserve Bank locations are preferred due to the concentration of FRFS operations team members in these locations: Atlanta Boston Kansas City Minneapolis New York and Richmond.
Screening:
This position has additional screening requirements due to the information accessed while performing the job. These additional screenings would be initiated at the time of offer acceptance and can take up to a couple of months to be completed. The candidates start date may be impacted by completion of the screening. The areas screened may include education/employment verification criminal history credit history and reference checks.
In some cases positions require access to confidential supervisory information access to which is limited to Protected Individuals as defined by regulation of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System 12 CFR 268.205. Protected Individuals include but are not limited to U.S. citizens U.S. nationals and lawful permanent resident aliens (also known as green card holders) who are eligible for and seeking United States citizenship within the requisite timeframes.
