Job Title: Senior Application Developer (.NET / NIEM)
Location:Harrisburg PA
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Schedule: Standard hours occasional after-hours support
Role Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking experienced Senior Application Developers to support mission-critical enterprise systems. This role focuses on development integration system stability and modernization using Microsoft technologies and NIEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop support and enhance enterprise applications
- Troubleshoot complex multi-system issues and ensure system stability
- Drive performance capacity planning and continuous improvements
- Support enterprise integrations and system migrations
- Maintain technical documentation standards and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree required
- 6 years in full SDLC on Microsoft stack
- 5 years: .NET Framework C# WCF MS SQL Server Visual Studio OOP
- 2 years: .NET Core Web API
- Strong experience with XML/XSD XSLT XPath
- 3 years: NIEM (IEPD lifecycle) ESB migration (SOAP/REST) XML namespace/versioning
- Experience with technical documentation and production support
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure
