As an Employment and Benefits Lawyer you will play a key role in advising a diverse client base on a broad range of employment social security and benefits-related matters. You will be involved in both day-to-day advisory work and complex high-stakes cases including cross-border matters. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals contribute to strategic legal solutions and actively participate in the growth and development of the practice. You will also have the chance to engage in client relationship building and business development initiatives.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven legal professional who brings both technical excellence and a collaborative mindset.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in employment and benefits law within a business law firm .
- Master s degree in Law from a Belgian university with strong academic results; an LL.M. in Social Law is a strong advantage.
- Native-level Dutch or French with an excellent command of English .
- Good knowledge of the other national language (French or Dutch) is considered a strong asset .
