Job Summary

Role Overview

Leads the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions focusing on maintenance work management scheduling and integration with MRO supply chain and procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA EAM solution design and implementation
Own preventive corrective and shutdown maintenance processes
Design work order lifecycle from creation to closure
Define roles across maintenance teams
Drive detailed scheduling and capacity planning
Integrate with MRO warehouse operations
Integrate with SAP Ariba for procurement
Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle counting
Lead business workshops and stakeholder alignment
Support testing cutover and hypercare

Required Skills

10 years SAP EAM experience
S/4HANA implementation experience
Strong work management and scheduling knowledge
MRO inventory integration experience
SAP Ariba integration experience
Industry experience in asset-heavy environments

Nice to Have

Shutdown or turnaround maintenance experience
EWM or WM integration
SAP Fiori exposure
