Middleware Engineering OpenShift and automation skillsets.
Job Description:
Support the Web Middleware Technology Team in onboarding new applications using Chef and CI/CD pipelines and work on lifecycle management of SSL certificates.
Assist the development team in repairing the applications for Tomcat issues.
Designing developing and deploying the applications by utilizing Chef Ansible Jenkins and GitLab within a robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
Orchestrating the seamless installation and configuration of middleware software systems for the smooth integration and operation
Version Control Systems: Atlassian Bitbucket GitHub.
Containerization and Orchestration: Docker Kubernetes RedHat OpenShift.
Application Servers: IBM WebSphere Apache Tomcat Redhat JBoss EAP.
Configuration Management and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Chef Terraform Puppet Ansible.
Cloud Computing Platforms: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Google cloud Azure.
Build and Dependency Management: Jenkins Maven and Gradle.
Streaming Platform: Apache Kafka.
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Ansible.
Operating Systems and Scripting: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Bash Shell script Java Script and Python.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
