We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound II for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.
Job Description:
- Answer telephone inquiries on the Divisions automated Contact Center
- Assist customers inquiries regarding Business tax/employer registry public business filings and records Notaries Public Business Records Apostilles and other programs administered by DORES
- Make authorized updates to online accounts. i.e. add/end eligibilities update addresses.
- Put aside those that require higher level changes.
- Update business sales tax information application to a non-reporting status within the system.
- Update tax eligibility in application to add special eligibilities
Skills required:
- Computer skills which includes Microsoft Outlook Word Excel
- Ability to perform simple data entry
- Ability to deal with people patiently
- Desired customer service experience
- Call center experience a plus
Education required:
- Must Have High School Diploma
Work hours:
- 37.5 hours a week
- 1/2-hour lunch (unpaid)
