Job Summary
Requirements
- 10 or more years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity privacy and AI governance leadership.
- Proficiency in NIST Cybersecurity Framework NIST SP 800-53 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
- Experience with global privacy regulations including GDPR CCPA HIPAA and PIPEDA.
- Experience in ISO 27001/27701 SOC 2 compliance and Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management encryption standards and endpoint security.
- Experience in vulnerability management penetration testing and incident response planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the enterprise security privacy and AI governance programs as the primary Data Protection Officer.
- Execute Privacy Impact Assessments Data Protection Impact Assessments and Transfer Impact Assessments.
- Implement Zero Trust architectural principles and security controls across business operations.
- Architect AI governance strategies aligned with the EU AI Act and US AI Bill of Rights.
- Direct enterprise-wide risk assessments and report status to executive leadership and the Board.
- Oversee vendor risk management security assessments and privacy-focused contract reviews.
- Manage business continuity disaster recovery planning and technical incident response roadmaps.
