Job Description Senior Business Analyst (Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment)
Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support its Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment (IE&E) program. This role partners closely with the Program Director PMO business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure program deliverables align with business goals and improve constituent experience across eligibility and enrollment processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in benefits eligibility and enrollment excels at requirements gathering and process redesign and is comfortable serving as a liaison between business QA PMO and technical development teams in an Agile environment.
Must-Have Skills (3 5)
  • Business analysis experience (4 5 years) supporting IT applications and complex business workflows
  • Eligibility and enrollment domain expertise specifically within benefits management programs
  • Strong experience with requirements elicitation and documentation including BRDs RTMs user stories and test case validation
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders balancing priorities and negotiating requirements across business and technical teams
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies including participation in JAD/JRM workshops and release support
Preferred Skills (3 5)
  • Experience with Content Management Solutions and publishing sensitive information
  • Background in public-sector healthcare or human services environments
  • Strong process-improvement mindset with demonstrated process redesign experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Teams SharePoint Jira and CI/CD tools
  • Experience supporting eligibility systems enrollment platforms or integrated benefits solutions
