Job Summary

Job Summary (List Format):

- Maintain troubleshoot and decommission network hardware especially in telecom environments.
- Analyze real-time logs to support outage troubleshooting and resolution.
- Understand end-to-end call flow between IMS core and PSTN endpoints.
- Manage and plan network capacity effectively.
- Use protocol analyzers and data collection tools (Access7 IRIS Radcom).
- Replace basic hardware components and assist with outages and vendor data requests.
- Work with Nortel/Ericsson hardware (VSE Chassis Passport 15000 BC4002-mMGW Core Billing Manager OAU Alarm unit).
- Work with Nokia hardware (LCP 9380 MSC-MGCFMedia Gateways).
- Utilize network management tools: SOS Navigation (Nortel) FS and MI GUI (Nokia).
- Perform wireless translations on Nortel and Nokia systems.
- Work with ISUP SIP and SIP-I protocols.
- Use TCPDUMP and Wireshark for network packet analysis.
- Create and interpret Excel pivot tables and run SQL queries.
- Perform call tracing using tools such as CALLTRAK TRACEME (Nortel) and Call Trace (Nokia).
- Relevant education/training is a plus.
- Remote long-term role (12 months) video interviews no visa restrictions no background/drug check required.
