- Taking ownership of support tasks and issues
- Demonstrating a strong willingness to learn and comfort in a support-focused role
- Required Skills:
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Backend programming experience (preferably /C#; Java or Python acceptable)
- Proven application support background
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- Additional Information:
