Job Summary
Henry Ford is looking for a Primary Care Physician to cover at the St John Center for Wellness in Roseville
- 12-16 patients per day; Family practice- all ages although peds are rare
- Ideal candidate will be able to offer 3 days per week consistently- prefer Monday Tuesday and Wednesday but can be flexible
- 1 NP current support staff is 1:1 MA per physician
- Labs drawn in house
- No radiology in house
- 2 Procedure rooms in office- only minor procedures done in office
- Board Cert in IM or FM- will consider new grads that are Board eligible
- Interviews will be conducted please provide availability at time of presentation
- EMR- EPIC
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

Requirement description :
- Board Cert in IM or FM- will consider new grads who are Board eligible- REQUIRED
- Michigan license in hand- REQUIRED
- Epic Experience- Preferred
- MI DEA- REQUIRED
- 22k conversion rate cap- REQUIRED at time of presentation
- 3 day per week availability minimum will take 5 days per week- REQUIRED
- Monday Tuesday and Wednesday- preferred
- Clean background for quick credentialing- REQUIRED
- ACLS & BLS through AHA REQUIRED
