Job Summary

Looking for a AM Weling shop who can be based in Bengaluru:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in sheet metal fabrication industry
Hands-on experience in CO Welding (MIG/MAG process)

Mandatory Requirement:

Proficiency in Kannada language

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the welding shop in a sheet metal manufacturing setup
Perform and oversee CO welding for sheet metal components
Ensure welding quality as per engineering drawings and standards
Handle fit-up alignment and distortion control in thin sheet metal welding
Monitor welding parameters: voltage current gas flow and wire feed
Coordinate with Production Quality and Design teams
Ensure adherence to safety practices PPE usage and shop floor discipline
Train and guide welders/operators for productivity and quality improvement
Monitor and maintain SAP entries
