Job Description:
The candidate is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including inventory management inbound and
outbound logistics stock accuracy and team supervision. The role ensures efficient storage handling and distribution
of materials while maintaining safety quality and compliance standards.
Major Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels minimize discrepancies and maintain optimal
inventory levels.
Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Oversee receiving storage and dispatch processes to ensure timely and
error-free operations.
Warehouse Management System (WMS): Implement and manage WMS for real-time tracking stock
optimization and operational efficiency.
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) Compliance: Ensure proper handling storage and labeling of hazardous
materials as per MSDS guidelines.
Shelf-Life Management: Monitor and manage shelf-life parts to prevent expiration and ensure FIFO/FEFO
compliance.
Quality Management System (QMS): Ensure adherence to QMS standards conduct audits and implement
continuous improvement practices.
Space & Resource Optimization: Plan warehouse layout and storage methods to improve efficiency and
safety.
Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff assign tasks and provide training for process improvements.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies industry regulations and safety protocols.
Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with procurement production and logistics teams for
smooth operations.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of stock movements audits and performance metrics.
Technical Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and optimization.
Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and safe handling of hazardous materials.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) audits and compliance requirements.
Expertise in shelf-life management for perishable and time-sensitive materials.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP LN or equivalent) for inventory control.
Knowledge of warehouse automation and material handling equipment.
Familiarity with lean principles 5S and Kaizen practices.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Managerial Skills and Experience:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with a cross-functional team.
Sense of ownership and urgency when working in the company.
