DLP(Data loss prevention)

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Good to have expertise in Netskope or relevant products (SaaS) based DLP solutions.
• Should have experience in handling use cases for all DLP vectors and good to have experience in handling BFSI customers.
• Must have good understanding of Discover Classify Protect and Incident management.
• Design implement and fine-tune DLP policies for endpoints email and network. Must have expertise in testing deploying in PROD environment.
• Classify sensitive data (PII PCI and on demand requirements) and align policies with compliance frameworks.
• Should be able to test the Advanced patterns (Regex) and provide inputs to fine tune if required.
• Able to understand the customer environment and requirement accordingly provide policy instructions & deploy in customer environment.
• Lead escalations for complex DLP incidents beyond L1/L2 capabilities.
• Acts as subject matter expert for CASB and DLP technologies.
• Handles complex escalations and leads investigations across cloud and endpoint channels.
• Provides strategic input for enterprise cloud security and data protection roadmap.
• Ensures audit readiness and compliance with global data protection regulations.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of CASB/DLP alerts including forensic review of data movement.
• Coordinate with Legal Compliance for insider threat investigations.
• Provide remediation guidance and track closure of incidents.
• Able to solve the incidents escalated by the L2 team.
• Should be able to guide the L1 & L2 team members on the daily DLP incidents tracking and manage the DLP incidents closures.
• Should be able to perform the Trend analysis identify the areas of improvement from Incidents including Process Technology & People area that helps strengthening the Data security posture.
