Responsibilities
The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff in a healthcare facility. This role involves coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair tasks ensuring that equipment and systems are operational safe and reliable. The Maintenance Team Lead plays a key role in planning and delegating tasks providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Associates Degree technical or vocational training in a relevant field preferred
Experience
5 years of experience in facility maintenance with at least 2 years in a healthcare facility required
Licenses and Certifications
Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance boiler operation or electrical work preferred
