Our Whitefield-based team is our innovation hub and a critical part of how we build and scale globally. AsStaffAccountant you will support the core financial operations that keep Konovo running with accuracy and discipline. You will work across accounts payable accounts receivable reconciliations and project accounting ensuring our financial data is cleantimely and reliable.

You will partner closely with the Finance team anda globalsetofcross-functional stakeholders helping usoperatewith clarity as we scale. If you take pride in getting thedetails right and moving forward with pace this is a role where you will have immediate impact.

HowYoullMake an Impact:

• Maintainaccuratefinancial recordsand ensure all transactions are recorded with proper documentation

• Own the contractor invoicing process including coordination with internal teams and contractors to ensuretimelyandaccuratebilling

• Own accounts receivable and payable processes including application of payments and vendor balance management

• Perform bank and account reconciliations investigating and resolving discrepancies quickly

• Support project accounting by creating project records and validating revenue data in Sage Intacct

• Track and reconcile prepaid balances including incentive-related accounts

• Prepare working papers and compile data to support monthly financial reporting

• Partner with senior accountants on financial analysis forecasting and budgeting activities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial information is clearaccurate and actionable

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related fieldwithminimum3 to5years of experience.
