We are looking for a Data & AI Consultant who knows how to turn a messy data landscape into a strategic asset. If you have the hands-on expertise (Databricks/Snowflake) and the drive to lead high-stakes transformations across Europe and industries this is the opportunity for you!

What the role is about

As a Data & AI Platform Consultant youll be the go-to person for designing building and advising on modern cloud data platforms. Youll work closely with clients across Europe to understand their data challenges and translate them into robust scalable solutions.

• Designing end-to-end data architectures Lakehouse data pipelines ELT/ETL analytics and AI/ML use cases
• Delivering hands-on platform implementations on Databricks Snowflake or similar cloud-native tools
• Translating complex business needs into secure cost-optimized technical solutions
• Piloting and delivering Proofs of Concept from scoping to technical demo to production handoff
• Supporting pre-sales activities workshops solution design proposals and client presentations
• Helping clients adopt modern data platform best practices (governance FinOps MLOps DataOps)
• Collaborating with our internal community of 300 data and AI experts across Europe

What makes you a great fit

• 37 years of experience in data platform consulting data/AI engineering or solution architecture
• Solid hands-on experience with at least one of: Databricks Snowflake Azure Synapse BigQuery Fabric or Redshift
• Good understanding of modern data architectures: Lakehouse medallion architecture ELT patterns
• Familiarity with data tools like Alteryx Informatica dbt or similar
• Experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure AWS or GCP)
• Youre comfortable working with clients you can run a workshop explain a technical concept clearly and push back when needed
• You think in solutions not just tasks you understand the business context behind every technical decision
• Communicates confidently in English (our projects and teams are international)
