The Role & Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Implement innovative lead-generation strategies across social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook etc.) using our proprietary systems.
Leadership & Coaching: Mentor new clients through the on-boarding process and provide ongoing professional guidance.
High-Level Interviews: Conduct structured phone interviews to identify high-caliber candidates (full training and scripts provided).
Collaborative Learning: Participate in weekly global training sessions to stay at the cutting edge of the industry.
