Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Salary:
Paying 12.97 per hour PAYE
Customer Service Representative Role:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers managing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Process and prioritise customer orders across multiple systems in line with SLAs.
- Perform accurate data entry and support maintenance of product and system codes.
- Coordinate with Planning Production and Warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor stock availability and support order fulfilment processes.
- Log and support investigation of product and service complaints in line with quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal quality procedures.
- Previous experience within customer service administration planning or supply chain environments.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- IT literate including working knowledge of Excel.
