The organization is a custom software web and mobile app development company headquartered in Ahmedabad India. The company builds HR recruitment and workforce management solutions for businesses across the GCC region. Its solutions are primarily designed for mid-sized businesses recruitment agencies and manpower companies operating in Qatar UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
We are looking for three Business Development Executives who are driven self-directed and confident in selling technology solutions to international clients. This is not a support or coordination role. The selected candidates will be responsible for actively identifying leads initiating outreach conducting client conversations and converting prospects into paying clients.
The role involves working directly with the Founder and the marketing team to connect with decision-makers in the GCC market through LinkedIn email and referral channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target accounts in GCC markets specifically Qatar UAE and Saudi Arabia across recruitment manpower logistics and hospitality sectors.
- Run outbound outreach campaigns through LinkedIn Sales Navigator email and WhatsApp to generate qualified conversations.
- Book discovery calls and qualified meetings for the Founder or senior team members.
- Follow up consistently on all leads and maintain an updated and accurate CRM pipeline at all times.
- Support the Business Analyst and proposal team in preparing commercial proposals and scope documents.
- Maintain professional communication in all client-facing written and verbal interactions.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation outreach volume and booked meetings.
- Submit daily work reports covering activities outcomes and next steps as per the standard reporting format.
Solutions to Be Sold
Candidates should be comfortable understanding and pitching the following solutions:
- ATS and recruitment workflow platforms designed for hiring agencies and recruitment firms managing high candidate volumes.
- HRMS and workforce management platforms suitable for SMEs manpower supply companies and workforce-heavy operations.
- Custom internal software solutions including operational dashboards workflow automation systems approval flows and reporting tools designed around client-specific business challenges.
- Web and mobile application development solutions tailored for HR recruitment and operations-related use cases.
Requirements
Must Have
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales business development or lead generation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence and comfort with LinkedIn outreach and cold email communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage personal targets without close supervision.
- Basic understanding of software SaaS or IT services.
Good to Have
- Prior experience selling to international markets particularly GCC countries.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and structured outbound sales workflows.
- Previous experience in an IT services or software product company.
- Understanding of HR processes recruitment operations or workforce management domains.
Compensation and Growth
- Fixed salary based on industry standards and interview performance.
- Performance-based incentives on every closed deal and qualified meeting that converts into a client engagement.
- High-performing executives may be considered for Senior Business Development or Team Lead roles as the organization grows.
