The Role
As a Product Specialist you will be responsible for increasing sales and market share of Abbott Nutrition International products within your assigned territory. You will act as a trusted partner for healthcare professionals combining strong scientific knowledge with a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to grow ANI business in the assigned territory
Achieve sales targets and contribute to market share growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
Promote clinical nutrition products clearly communicating their scientific and pharmacoeconomic value
Maintain uptodate knowledge of internal products competitors and market positioning
Collaborate with distributors and their agents on pharmacyfocused projects
Manage hospital public tenders and support bid activities in coordination with the Area Manager
Accurately report customer visits and ensure proper tracking of product samples
Operate in full compliance with Abbott policies procedures and Code of Business Conduct
Your Profile
Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Biology Pharmacy) or highschool diploma with 35 years of relevant experience
Previous experience in sales preferably in Clinical Nutrition or Healthcare
Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape including payers and decisionmaking processes
Knowledge of public tender procedures
Basic English proficiency
Good command of standard software tools (e.g. MS Office)
Strong communication organizational and relationshipbuilding skills
