As a Behavior Analyst at Greenwich Education Group you will design and oversee individualized behavior support plans that empower students to make meaningful progress. Youll guide clinical teams through assessment data analysis and plan implementation to ensure every student receives the support they need to thrive.
What Youll Need
Masters degree in a related field and BCBA certification
At least two years of experience developing and implementing behavior programs
Advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and data analysis
Strong leadership communication and collaboration skills
Eligibility to meet BCBA supervision standards within three months of hire
What Youll Do
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized support plans
Supervise and mentor Behavior Consultants and clinical staff
Review and analyze behavioral data to guide program adjustments
Lead staff training on behavior intervention and best practices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success
