Outreach & Talent Manager

We are currently seeking a Outreach & Talent Managerto join our team in Lincoln Nebraska. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Essential duties:

• Lead recruiting efforts across departments with a focus on operationsgrainagronomy energy andlivestocknutrition.

• Partner with managers& leadershiptoidentifyhiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies

• Partnerwith marketing to continuously improveFrontiers employer branding efforts

• Build andmaintainpipelines through schools industry relationships and community connections

• Partner with marketing to align messaging across recruiting culture and external communications

• Support initiatives that improve employee experience engagement and retention

• Support employee development and career path planning

• Help reinforce Frontiers culture across locations and teams

• Support community involvement efforts that strengthen Frontiers presence and trust

• Support Frontiers internship program with direction of internship committee

• Support initiatives that improve employee experience engagement and retention

• Support other marketing/recruiting/development projects as assigned

Job skills and requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Communications Human Resources Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3 years of experience in recruiting marketing communications or a related field

• Strong communicationand relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams

• Passion for agriculture and rural communities preferred
