Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Handle examine and settle General Liabilityand Public Liability claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
- Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
- Handle related enquiries from the policyholders brokers or relevant parties
- Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
- Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in any discipline with ANZIIF (Senior Associate) qualification or equivalent level of Insurance qualification holder is preferred
- At least 2 years of working experience in handling General Liability Employees Compensation and Product Liability claims is preferred
- Results oriented self-motivated responsible individual with high levels of integrity
- Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese good speaking Mandarin is preferred
- PC literate in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
