Requisition Title: Sr. Database Administrators

Location: Toronto ON (Onsite 5 days)

Duration: 12 Months

Must Have:

Oracle E-Business Suite installation and configuration experience

Experience and expert knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (multi-tier implementation).

Expert level knowledge of Oracle 26ai database administration maintenance security implementation upgrade and patching database performance tuning sizing and capacity planning database backup and recovery using RMAN.

Expertise required in Oracle E-Business Suite installation configuration maintenance upgrade and cloning. migrating e-Business Suite Applications to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. migrating Oracle technologies from Unix (Solaris) to Oracle Enterprise

Knowledge of OAG OUD OID DIP ODSM EBS Webgate and Access gate

Expert knowledge of Upgrading Oracle 19c to Oracle 26ai

Nice to have:

Experience and expert knowledge of Oracle Application and Database Server and Oracle Grid Control.

Expertise required in installation patching diagnosing system performances monitoring and database server troubleshooting

Description

Deliverables for Sr. Database Administrators:

Upgrade e-Business Suite and TPE Oracle databases from Oracle 19c to Oracle 26ai.

Performance tuning of e-Business Suite R12.2/26ai in multi-node RAC environment.

Install Configure deploy Oracle Access Governance (OAG).

Install Configure deploy Oracle Mobile Approvals for EBS.

Install Configure deploy Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) or another Oracle-recommended solution.

Update Disaster Recovery technical procedures for IFIS CORE and TPE

Provide day-to-day operational and maintenance support to the existing e-Business Suite application environments.

Document all new procedures and processes and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to the EFP (Enterprise FinTech Practice) Oracle e-Business Suite DBAs.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Skills and competencies for Sr. Database Administrators:

50% Oracle e-Business Suite Applications R12.2 and Oracle Database 19c and Oracle Database 26ai

Oracle e-Business Suite Applications R12.2 and Oracle Data Guard application (installation configuration maintenance patching upgrade and cloning).

Installing configuring and managing Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) Grid Infrastructure and Automatic Storage Management (ASM).

Expert knowledge of Upgrading Oracle 19c to Oracle 26ai

Developing database backup and restore strategy utilizing Flash Recovery Area (FRA) for RMAN and ASM.

Expert level knowledge of Oracle 26ai database administration maintenance security implementation upgrade and patching database performance tuning sizing and capacity planning database backup and recovery using RMAN.

Performance tuning of e-Business Suite R12.2/26ai in multi-node RAC environment.

Knowledge in installation and configuration of iSupplier in R12.2

Knowledge of Configuring Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Using Logical Host

Knowledge of supporting SSO as part of EBS installation

Knowledge of AskEBS AI Capabilities for EBS using OCI GenAI

Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Command Centers

20% Operating System and Infrastructure Platform technologies

Expert level knowledge of migrating Oracle technologies from Unix (Solaris) to Oracle Enterprise Linux / Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.x/6.x/7.x
