Job Summary

**Position Overview:**

The Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist will deliver comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients within the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic operating under a call rotation schedule of 1:6 for weekends and 1:7 for weeknights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver thorough psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of adult patients.

- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team comprising counselors therapists case managers and nurse practitioners to ensure integrated patient care.

- Conduct assessments formulate diagnoses and manage a spectrum of psychiatric disorders utilizing established evidence-based methodologies.

- Partake in both weekend and weeknight on-call duties as part of the rotation.

- Uphold the institutions commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care aligning with its core mission.

- Engage in ongoing professional development to fulfill continuing medical education (CME) requirements and enhance clinical competencies.
