Do you love creating delicious food and working in a team environment

Griggsby Station is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join our team! In this fast-paced role youll be responsible for preparing high-quality food items for our valued guests. Youll work alongside a friendly crew in a clean and energetic kitchen ensuring a smooth operation during peak hours.

Line cook Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to recipes and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Operate various cooking equipment including grills fryers ovens.
• Stock and maintain your work area keeping ingredients fresh and organized.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation by following all company guidelines.
• Plate orders according to kitchen standards.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work surfaces at the end of your shift.
• Communicate effectively with teammates to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen flow.

Line cook Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen environment (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to pass a food safety certification course (we can help you with this!).
