Amazon Web Services Infrastructure Supply Chain and Procurement team is looking for experienced professionals to help build the worlds premier cloud computing platform. We are looking for a candidate with engineering manufacturing and supply chain experience capable of operating independently in a fast-paced dynamic and ambiguous environment. Our Networking New Product Introduction (NPI) team in Supply Chain partners with our engineering and capacity deployment teams suppliers and data center operations to launch new products to support AWS Networkings product launch plans. They are also responsible for integrating across supply chain commodity managers to maintain continuity of supply while minimizing risk for excess and obsolete materials.
Executes strategic plans that improve service productivity and quality and that align to the overall organization vision.
Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain activities.
Prepare and provide detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management focused on new product launches.
Drive strategic BOM reviews to ensure multi-sourcing of critical components and timely qualifications.
Drive strategic inventory of long-lead unique materials in a timely manner to ensure successful launch and post-launch scaling.
Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing measurable performance improvement.

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering Finance or a related technical field
- 4 years of procurement supply chain inventory management contract management lease administration or operations experience
- Experience in procurement supply chain inventory management contract management lease administration or operations
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Advanced Excel SQL Tableau Python
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering Finance or a related technical field
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization including coaching of junior staff
- Experience in data centers infrastructure service providers or related technology companies

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
