Position: System Administrator

Location: Schriever Space Force Base CO (Onsite Work)

Clearance: Active Top Secret

Certification: Any IAT Level II

Core Responsibilities

System Setup & Configuration

Install and configure software hardware and virtual networks

Set up user accounts and workstations

Manage network servers and technology tools

Maintenance & Monitoring

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Ensure systems run efficiently and securely

Apply patches and updates to operating systems and applications

Manage Licenses and CAs

Support & Documentation

Provide technical support to users and resolve IT-related issues

Create and maintain internal documentation manuals and IT policies

Train staff on new technologies and system usage

Understand STIG compliance and implementation.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Windows Servers Linux VMWare ESXI

Strong knowledge and background in Cisco virtual machines to include (CUCM CMS PCD CIMC etc.)

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice if you have

Degree in IT Computer Science or related field; certifications like MCSA or CompTIA Server are a plus.
