Job Summary
The Evergreen State College Master of Public Administration ( MPA ) program seeks to create a pool of adjunct faculty able to teach four credit elective masters-level public administration courses for academic year 2026-27. Specific courses include: Foundations of Public Policy (Fall 2026) Tribal Organizations (Winter 2027) Path to Sovereignty (Winter 2027) Path to Sovereignty (Tacoma) (Spring 2027) Public Budgeting (Fully Remote) (Spring 2027) Intergovernmental Relations (Spring 2027) In addition we also welcome proposals to teach a 2 credit elective (Fall quarter 2026)*

Minimum Qualifications
Masters or Ph.D. in public administration or related field Experience in teaching graduate-level courses in public administration or related field OR two or more years of professional experience in public administration

Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in public administration or related field Experience teaching in an interdisciplinary setting
