Powersports Parts Counterperson Part-Time

Jones Powersports is looking for an Part-Time Powersports Parts Consultant to join our growing team. This isnt just a parts counter roleits an opportunity to work alongside fellow enthusiasts and help riders get exactly what they need to ride safely confidently and often.

What Youll Do

• Deliver topnotch customer service in person over the phone and online
• Help customers identify the correct parts and accessories for motorcycles ATVs UTVs and more
• Accurately pull pack and ship parts orders
• Work closely with the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Stay up to date on new products launches and parts trends in the powersports industry
• Maintain a clean organized and well stocked parts department

What Were Looking For

• Previous parts experience preferred(powersports dealership experience strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of Lightspeed a plus
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles off-road vehicles or similar equipment
• Friendly professional and confident communication skills
• Comfortable using parts lookup systems and basic computer software
• Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 lbs
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Avaliability on Saturdays required.

• Ride race or wrench on bikes yourself
• Are familiar with brands like Honda Yamaha Kawasaki or Polaris
