Cloud Engineer (DevOpsAzure)

We currently have a vacancy for a Cloud Engineer (DevOps/Azure) fluent in English to offer to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Strasbourg France. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Tasks:

• Conducting an audit of the existing infrastructure defining recommendations based on best practices and implementing these actions;
• Conducting an audit of the Terraform-based IaC infrastructure deployed for public cloud infrastructure defining recommendations based on best practices and implementing these actions;
• Implementing a Workload Validation process;
• Definition and drafting of the cloud consumption monitoring process;
• Conducting an audit of the CI/CD infrastructure (Jenkins and Tuleap repositories) drafting of an action plan implementation of these actions and documentation updates;
• Audit and findings reporting as well as action tracking and action plan;
• Creation/Update of documentation.

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Experience in ensuring the operational maintenance of the information system;
• Experience with Terraform Azure products Docker Git and Azure Pipelines;
• Experience with DevOps CI/CD pipelines Jenkins and Tuleap;
• Experience in scripting (Python/Bash) and troubleshooting;
• Good knowledge of web hosting under Apache/nGinx/Traefik;
• Good knowledge of backup virtualization and paravirtualization Docker Swarm Portainer;
• Good knowledge of Nagios Prometheus Grafana Minio Thanos OpenTelemetry;
• Good knowledge of Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana and Syslog-ng components
• Knowledge of Networking knowledge Netfilter Strongswan;
• Knowledge of authentication/identification SAMLv2 OpenID Connect
• Knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases;
• Knowledge of User support for system issues;
• Good knowledge of Puppet AWS products is a considered an asset;
• Excellent command of the English and French language.
