TC Product Manager

Bring your energy to Aggreko as Product Manager Temperature Control Products based in the UK (flexible).

Youll define plan and execute the global product strategy for Aggrekos centrally managed temperature control portfolio ensuring our assets deliver strong commercial returns and meet customer needs across regions.

What youll do as Product Manager Temperature Control Products:

• Own and drive the global product vision strategy and roadmap for temperature control products including chillers cooling towers air handlers steam generators hot water boilers
• Lead endtoend product lifecycle management from business case development and CAPEX approval through to launch inlife performance and product succession
• Work crossfunctionally with engineering supply chain suppliers and regional teams to ensure products are delivered on time to cost and to quality
• Act as the Voice of the Customer balancing regional requirements with central standards to maximise utilisation reliability and return on capital
• Monitor the competitive landscape maintain strategic supplier relationships and identify new market and growth opportunities

You are:

• An experienced Product Manager or Portfolio Leader with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a competitive commercial environment
• Commercially strong with experience owning business cases CAPEX decisions and ROI outcomes
• Technically credible with experience in engineered assetintensive or industrial products (e.g. HVAC energy power industrial equipment)
• Comfortable leading and influencing global crossfunctional stakeholders without direct authority
• Culturally aware adaptable and confident operating in a fastpaced matrixed international organisation
