We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead pharmaceutical manufacturing operations at our Wrexham site. This role is accountable for delivering safe compliant and efficient production while fostering a strong culture of engagement continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will play a key leadership role in ensuring the uninterrupted supply of highquality medicines to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing operations to meet safety quality cost and supply targets
• Own GMP compliance audit readiness and quality risk management within the department
• Drive production performance through effective resource planning KPI management and issue resolution
• Lead develop and engage Shift Managers Team Leaders and Operators to build highperforming teams
• Champion continuous improvement lean manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives
• Manage departmental budgets costs and capacity to align with business objectives

Knowledge skills and experience:

• Significant pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership experience with a strong track record in delivering safe compliant and efficient operations
• Proven ability to lead develop and manage teams while meeting tight deadlines and performance targets
• Demonstrated experience in budget and cost control within manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Strong working knowledge of GMP QMS RCA/CAPA and regulatory audit environments
