Job Summary
Part-Time Cold Caller (US Market)
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Cold Caller to support our outreach efforts targeting the US market. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills customer service experience and confidence speaking with prospects over the phone.
As a Cold Caller you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls engaging potential clients qualifying leads and assisting with interview coordination while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to US-based prospects
Introduce services clearly and professionally
Engage and qualify potential leads
Schedule and conduct initial interviews as needed
Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Record call outcomes and maintain accurate notes in tracking systems
Meet daily or weekly call targets and performance expectations

Previous Customer Service (CS) or call center experience preferred

Work Schedule
Part-time role
US Eastern Time (EST) schedule with slight flexibility depending on availability
Remote/work-from-home setup
Required Skills:
Preferably 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment talent sourcing or a related administrative support role Familiarity or prior experience within the medical clinical research or trials industry is a strong advantage Excellent organizational time management and communication skills Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM 4 AM PH Time) Must be based in the Bicol Region Tech-savvy with proficiency in using sourcing tools spreadsheets and virtual meeting platforms Compensation: Part-time contractual engagement If you are enthusiastic about talent acquisition and eager to support a collaborative recruitment team we would love to hear from you!
