Position: Valet Attendant

Pay Rate: $11.00/hr tips

Location: The Edition - Miami

We are looking for Valet Attendants who enjoy working with people.

The ideal candidate: Bilingual preferred but at least conversational English is required

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Communication

• Proactive Service: Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently finding creative ways to solve any problems that arise.

• Expert Guidance: Maintain a strong knowledge of local streets landmarks and freeways to assist guests with directions.

• Transparency: Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.

Vehicle Safety & Operations

• Inspection: Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking it noting and reporting any findings.

• Safe Driving: Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times.

• Incident Reporting: Immediately report any accidents safety hazards or policy violations to management.

Professional Standards

• Reliability: Arrive on time for every scheduled shift ready to work.

• Appearance: Maintain a clean complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.

• Team Support: Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications & Requirements

What Youll Need:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a MUST.

• License: A valid state drivers license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.

• Skills: Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus!

• Availability: Flexible schedule to work special shifts as needed including 2nd shift 3rd shift and/or weekends.

• Communication: Ability to read write and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.

• Eligibility: Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.

• Adaptability: Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes delays or unexpected events.

Physical Demands:

• Active Role: Regularly required to stand walk and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.

• Movement: Occasionally required to sit climb or balance.

• Strength: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

• Safety: Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.
