Sr Project Manager Civil Engineering

Were looking for a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to join a collaborative and growing team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on a wide range of land development projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

• Lead the design and permitting of commercial institutional and mixed-use developments for both public and private clients
• Partner with leadership to help drive team growth project success and staff utilization
• Play an active role in business development building new client relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with existing ones
• Oversee all aspects of site/civil design including:
  • Site layout
  • Grading
  • Drainage
  • Infrastructure
  • Erosion & sediment control
• Manage projects from early concept through final construction
• Lead stormwater management design including hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparation
• Collaborate across disciplines integrating geotechnical and environmental considerations into project designs
• Jump in where needed this is a team-oriented role with a lot of variety

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• 10 years of site/civil experience especially in land development (both small and large projects)
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license / Will consider candidates with an EIT
• Strong experience with:
  • Site design and layout
  • Grading and drainage
  • Infrastructure design
  • Erosion and sediment control
• Confidence in managing client relationships and project delivery
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
• Experience with technical writing and proposals
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Active involvement in professional organizations is a plus
