Product Operations Internship (Academic Internship)

As AngkasProduct Operations Intern you will be included todesign to help product teams operate as effectively as possible. The role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics infrastructure business processes best practices budgeting and reporting.

What you will do:

• A cross-functional role focused on Streamlining product processes workflows and collaboration across the entire organization.
• Increase the efficiency of the product team by collecting organizing and analyzing product usage data to help product management make informed decisions.
• Focus on tooling and tech stack management product enablement customer feedback comprehension product experimentation continuous team training and other areas.
• Work with other teams in the company to facilitate customer feedback loops for the product team
• Implement other administrative human resource and operational processes within the product team
• Come up and implement go-to-market strategies and a playbook for our existing products
• Conduct field testing or competitor analysis when needed
• Must be able to ride motorcycle taxis
