Build the CGM Brand Globally
This role defines how CGM shows up in the world.
You shape how a company serving 1.6 million healthcare professionals across 20 countries is seen heard and remembered.
Brand architecture identity communications PR and global events you create clarity consistency and recognition across all markets.
Your Contribution
- Build and lead CGMs global brand and communications function establishing a coherent high-impact brand across products markets and touchpoints
- Define brand architecture and visual identity ensuring clarity consistency and recognizability across all channels
- Own PR and corporate communications end-to-end including media relations executive positioning thought leadership and crisis communications
- Define and scale the global event strategy (trade shows congresses sponsorships) ensuring a unified company presence
- Drive SEO/GEO direction from a brand and visibility perspective strengthening CGMs external presence and discoverability
- Establish global brand governance balancing strict standards with effective local adaptation and scalable execution
Your Profile
- Senior leadership experience in brand communications or corporate affairs within complex multi-market environments
- Proven track record of building or transforming brands into clear consistent and scalable identities
- Strong expertise in brand strategy visual systems and creative direction; ability to lead agencies with authority and judgment
- Deep experience in PR and corporate communications including narrative development media relations and high-stakes communication
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to operate in matrix organizations and drive alignment without direct authority
- Fluent in English with executive presence; background in B2B tech or software ideally with exposure to transformation environments
