Job Summary
| Job Purpose | The role is responsible for scaling new skilling products and ensuring governance of training centers and implementation partners across locations. The incumbent will oversee partner onboarding center operations monitoring assessment integrity and placement tracking while providing data-driven insights to management for decision-making and program improvement. The role will play a critical function in ensuring quality compliance and outcome-based delivery during the scale-up phase of new training products. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Key Result Areas (KRAs) 1. Partner & Stakeholder Management Onboard mobilisation and training partners for new product rollout. Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with partners. Maintain coordination with internal teams partners and recruiters. 2. Center Governance & Compliance Monitor center operations to ensure adherence to SOPs and program standards. Review external authenticator reports and flag deviations. Conduct surprise audits and escalate governance issues as per protocol. 3. Program Lifecycle Monitoring Approve batch launch readiness and monitor training lifecycle. Track and address dropout trends. Monitor process compliance and flag operational delays. 4. Assessment Governance Gatekeep pre- and post-assessment processes. Ensure assessment integrity and fairness. Monitor certification outcomes and learning quality. 5. Placement & Employer Engagement Develop recruiter partnerships and demand mapping across geographies. Coordinate hiring drives and placement opportunities. Validate job offers authenticate salary slips and track 3-month retention. 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyse center performance partner reliability and program outcomes. Prepare operational insights and governance reports for management review. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Partner onboarding and operational readiness timelines Center compliance and governance scores Batch launch approval turnaround time Dropout rate monitoring and mitigation Assessment integrity and certification outcomes Placement conversion rate and offer validation accuracy 3-month retention rate of placed candidates Timely submission of operational reports and governance insights |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Qualifications & Experience Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Management Social Sciences or related field. Experience: 46 years of experience in CSR skill development programs training operations or program management. Experience in managing multi skilling center training programs and partner in skilling ecosystems. Deep understanding on placement ecosystem and employer engagement.
