Job overview:
We are looking for a high-impact Sales Manager to join our client in the industrial solutions sector. This role is responsible for driving sales growth in packaging and coding solutions leading the sales team and developing long-term customer relationships while ensuring sustainable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets for revenue profitability and strategic growth
- Manage and expand key accounts including developing new business with end users and contractors
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries proposals and customer requests
- Lead coach and develop the sales team to maximize performance
- Provide technical and commercial solutions tailored to customer needs
- Participate in budgeting business reviews and project kick-off meetings
- Prepare sales forecasts reports and performance analysis for management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development
- Experience in packaging coding automation or industrial solutions is preferred
- Proven experience in team leadership and managing sales performance
- Strong skills in presentation negotiation and communication
- Good command of English
- Able to work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Own transportation and able to travel to customer sites
