Central Office Clerk

Nampa Christian Schools through a Christ-centered partnership with families and Churches exists to glorify God with our HEART HEAD and HANDS. The Central Office Clerk will partner in the discipleship and instruction of students to provide a high quality education with the Gospel and a Biblical Worldview as its foundation.

Reporting Structure

This position will report to the CFO.

Compensation

Commensurate with experience.

Type

This position is a part-time year round non-exempt hourly position.

Expected work schedule is Monday through Friday from approximately 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM with flexibility over holiday and summer breaks.

• Assist CFO with accounts payable related work including but not limited to: vendor verification cutting checks making ACH payments purchase order management and other duties as assigned by the CFO.
• Coordinate and schedule all transportation needs for the school.
• Possess and demonstrate basic financial literacy.
• Have experience in accounts payable work.
• Possess and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Be a team player and show strong collaboration.
• Possess and demonstrate a reasonable level of computer literacy.
• Preferred experience with Quickbooks.
• Have a growth mindset.
