Job Description

At the heart of our Paris campus our students evolve in a multicultural innovative and inspiring environment.
The Student Career Services department offers a versatile internship combining event management and administrative tasks.

You will interact with international students (Bachelors and Masters levels) and support them in the administrative follow-up of internships and employment. You will also take part in all Career Services activities.

Your responsibilities:

• Administrative support: drafting and monitoring internship agreements amendments and maintaining relationships with students and companies.
• Managing and posting internship and job offers on our platforms.
• Monitoring and reporting on student placement across Bachelors and Masters programs.
• Participating in school events (Open Days job dating events Career Day Career Talks).
• Updating company databases and tracking contacts.
• Contributing to communication projects for our events.
• Supporting the team during international events.

Profile and required skills:

• Masters student in Marketing HR or Communication.
• Strong interest in fashion luxury and education.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
• Fluent in French and professional level in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint) and Canva.
