The Position

Reporting to the BPM Documentation & Modelling Lead you will play a pivotal role in the continuous harmonization standardization and automation of our global documentation methodology by maintaining and supporting the Roche Process Documentation Portal (RPDP). You will work in close partnership with E2E BPM Finance BPM D2P organizations and RSS Operations to ensure our business process architecture and documentation landscape remains scalable compliant and future-ready.

Disclosure Note: This is a Maternity Cover role for approximately 2 years.

The Opportunity

As a Global Documentation Governance Analyst you will actively pursue the implementation of the documentation framework and methodology powering our global Finance & Procurement ecosystem. Situated within the Business Process Management Framework & Methodology (BPM F&M) function of RSS ASPIRE Sustain you will bridge the gap between people process and technology to enable operational excellence.

  • BPM Strategy Implementation: Actively pursue the end-to-end (E2E) implementation of the BPM documentation strategy. You will execute this in alignment with the guardrails and vision set by the Product Owner BPM F&M Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) and Global Business Process Managers (GBPMs).

  • Strategic Migration & Architecture Evolution: Support the documentation transition from the Roche Affiliate Model Project (RAMP) to the ASPIRE framework. You will redesign and adjust documentation structures to bridge the gap between legacy content and future-state models ensuring full RSS readiness.

  • Stakeholder & Framework Design: Collaborate closely with GBPMs the GBPS network and key stakeholders to design and implement a documentation framework that is fit for purpose aligning global guidance with local operational needs.

  • Governance & Quality Gatekeeping: Act as the final authority on quality and alignment with the RPDP Governance Board and in close collaboration with the technical administrators you will ensure all materials strictly adhere to framework standards including specific layouts rigorous naming conventions and classification rules for all ASPIRE materials.

  • Active Performance Monitoring: Keep the engine running by proactively following up with Authors Reviewers and all other interested users in the document lifecycle. . You will track review statuses and provide transparent data-driven progress updates to leadership to keep the documentation oversight.

  • Project Leadership & Strategic Execution: Contribute to partner projects by providing expert advice on dedicated work packages while simultaneously driving the implementation of initiatives in alignment with the strategic roadmap.

Who you are

  • Qualified Expert: You hold a Bachelors degree in IT Business or Engineering with 5 - 7 years of experience in BPM Finance or Procurement functions.

  • Migration Specialist: You have a proven track record of managing complex documentation transitions and content migrations within large-scale global organizations.

  • Agile Practitioner: You thrive in agile environments balancing the need for operational stability with the flexibility required for rapid global transitions.

  • Systems Savvy: You are highly proficient in Document Management Systems (DMS) such as ADONIS Confluence or Veeva.

  • Polite Persuader: You are a skillfully straightforward communicator able to influence stakeholders for approvals while maintaining exceptional professional relationships.

  • Detail-Obsessed: You have a hawk-eye for accuracy and a passion for structured filing systems and data integrity.

  • Global Mindset: You are business-fluent in English and comfortable navigating a matrixed international environment with high levels of resilience.
