A Day in the Life
Las funciones a desempeñar correspondientes a la beca ofertada son:
- Soporte en la coordinación de eventos seminarios y actividades formativas desarrolladas en el Madrid Innovation Hub.
- Apoyo en la organización y cobertura de necesidades operativas de los programas de educación médica y formación interna.
- Gestión de plataformas formativas de la compañía como Academy incluyendo calendarización y seguimiento de actividades.
- Preparación de presentaciones manejo de bases de datos y colaboración en la elaboración de reportes estratégicos.
- Soporte en la gestión del Programa de Formación de la compañía para las distintas unidades de negocio.
- Administración y soporte de asistentes contenidos y materiales de los distintos programas formativos.
- Tareas administrativas de apoyo general al departamento.
Idiomas:
- Nivel alto de inglés ( Lectura: Nivel C1) / Escritura: Nivel C1/ Conversación: Nivel C1)
Conocimientos:
- Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel y Word).
- Inglés nivel medio.
- Interés por el desarrollo de contenidos formativos plataformas digitales y proyectos de innovación.
- Facilidad para adaptarse a diferentes herramientas y entornos digitales.
- Buenas habilidades organizativas y de comunicación.
Experiencia previa: No requerida
Estudios Mínimos: Grado
Tipo de Licenciatura/Grado: Bioingeniería o similar
Requisitos mínimos:
- Auto-motivación
- Trabajar de manera proactiva.
- Organización
- Actitud profesional.
- Capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.
- Ganas de aprender y de asumir nuevos retos.
Información adicional:
- Convenio de prácticas
- Duración: 12 meses (prorrogables 6 meses)
- Jornada Completa
- Horario. flexible 7:30-10:00 a 16:00-18:30. Viernes y meses de verano jornada intensiva
- Presencialidad oficina: mínimo 2 días/semana
- Ayuda al estudio de 1000 brutos/mes Ayuda Comida (Tarjeta Ticket Restaurant)
